This notice is an announcement and apology for a production error that has occurred in our ShadowMistress Yuko Swimsuit Ver. Pre-Painted PVC Figure.

We offer our sincerest apologies to customers who have purchased the figure.

This notice will include the error details and information on the product replacement procedure.

Production Error Details

There is a difference in coloration between the upper and lower body as shown in the following image.

All manufactured pieces of the above product have been affected by this production error, so all customers in possession of this product are kindly requested to undergo the product replacement procedure.


Product Replacement Procedure

Kotobukiya will be sending the fixed product as a replacement.

For those who possess the above product with the defect, please send the product to the Customer Support Center at the address below with the following contact details written on a separate paper: name, address, phone number. Please arrange the package to be set as “paid on delivery” (着払い).

Replacement products are currently scheduled to be shipped in November 2021.
Please note that replacement requests will only be accepted through the end of January 2022.
