Product Description
A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! Kotobukiya’s latest addition to the ARTFXJ Statue lineup (a bold expansion designed “to bring Japanese characters to their fans worldwide”) is a throwback to an early and ground-breaking science-fiction novel/manga/anime series that remains popular the world over, Legend of the Galactic Heroes. In the far future a massive civil war splits humanity into two interstellar states, each led by a military genius. Joining the previously released admiral Yang Wen-li are two more iconic characters starting with REINHARD VON LOHENGRAMM! The first figure of Reinhard ever made, this impressive ARTFXJ statue captures the Galactic Empire admiral in a regal and imposing stance. The “Golden Lion” wears his military dress uniform with blue highlighted black boots, trousers, and jacket overlaid by a flowing white cape with huge gold epaulets and fringes. There are also glorious silver accoutrements on his belt, bracelets, and a heavy collar piece. Von Lohengramm stands stiffly with a clenched fist held up in front of him and a hand reaching out to his side, while he stares forward dispassionately with his cold blue eyes and a severe expression on his face. Sculpted by Shin Tanabe, Reinhard von Lohengramm stands just over 9 inches tall (1/8 scale) atop a specially designed display base. The tactical genius will look great on display by himself or alongside other Legend of the Galactic Heroes ARTFXJ Statues from Kotobukiya like Yang Wen-li and Siegfried Kircheis!
