Product Description

A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! Sail the seas with the fantastic ladies of KanColle (Kantai Collection) in Kotobukiya’s elite Ani*Statue series. Following after Ikazuchi, Inazuma, and Hibiki is the next anthropomorphic naval warship “fleet girl” to be captured in statue form, AKATSUKI ANIME VERSION! Based specifically on her appearance in the anime series, this new presentation of the destroyer which led an evolution of the Fubuki-class, Akatsuki (“Dawn”), brings the girl to life as you’ve never seen her before. Just like the other KanColle girls she appears as a cute young lady having a good time away from naval combat, and Akatsuki looks great as she stands in a fun pose with one leg crossed in front of the other, a hand at her waist, and a wink on her smiling face! Akatsuki wears a traditional “sailor” style schoolgirl outfit with a white and dark blue shirt with red tie and matching pleated skirt, long socks, and shoes. Of course you can see her naval destroyer identity in the equipment she’s rocking like an anchor, hull plating, torpedo launchers, smokestack, turret, and other ship components! Akatsuki Anime Version stands just under 8 inches tall (1/8 scale) on her specially designed display base. Add her to your elite KanColle collection and display her alongside the other Ani*Statues from Kotobukiya like Ikazuchi, Inazuma, and Hibiki!
